You confirm that you meet the legal age requirements applicable in your country or region.

3. Local player profile

Creating a profile is free. Profile credentials and progress are maintained in the browser used to create the profile.

• Use an appropriate username.
• Do not impersonate another individual or organisation.
• Protect access to your device and profile.
• Understand that clearing browser data may remove local progress.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the website;
• overload or damage its pages;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• manipulate XP, ranks, or virtual points;
• use automated tools to falsify progress;
• use the portal for unlawful or harmful activity.

5. Virtual points and ranks

All virtual points, XP totals, ranks, and related profile indicators have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed.

6. Comunexa content

The Comunexa name, visual identity, interface, text, and original illustrations are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless separate permission is provided.

7. Platform changes

Comunexa may update its pages, progression rules, connected experiences, visual design, and technical features.

8. Availability and warranties

The portal is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without a guarantee that every feature will remain uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Comunexa is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the portal.

10. Updates to these terms

Continued use of Comunexa after published changes means that the revised terms have been accepted.
